24 hours business hours (Monday through Friday) notice is required to cancel or change your appointment to avoid the missed appointment fee.

Consultation rate ($25) will be discounted from your first appointment when conducted within 30 days.

I will contact you within 48 business hours to book your appointment.

Sessions are by Zoom or Phone.

Our time together can be used for Nutrition/Health Consulting, Life Coaching, or Biofeedback.

Online Intake/Consent Form

Once we've set your appointment I will send you an online intake/consent form and any other applicable details.

Booking After Phone Consult

You will recieve an online invoice with the balance of your session fee (subtracting your consult investment) to be paid a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Just like in person appointments, 24 hours business hours (Monday through Friday) notice is required to cancel or change your appointment to avoid the missed appointment fee.

Cancellation Policy
